We are wholly committed to your goals, whether they are to become leaner, stronger, faster or just plain feel better; all of which we have personally experienced as CrossFit coaches. Your results and progress are directly related to the effort you apply. This is a worthy fight so we ask you to apply everything you have, dig down deep, receive the challenge and dare greatly. It is our sole desire, and daily privilege to see our members commit to practicing their fitness, seeing incredible boosts in their physiological awareness and attitude towards their body’s capability. Our Fitness System
We cater to beginners! Our fitness system has been designed to take someone with no experience all the way through the process and continue to guide them as their goals and direction change.
Each new client will attend an Introduction to Crossfit class to focus on fundamentals and allows every new client to learn at their own pace.
Once you graduate from Fundamentals, you will join our Group Fitness classes and participate alongside the community.
Offered periodically throughout the year, you can optionally participate in specialty courses designed to help you hone skill or develop strength, power, speed, or ability.
We believe nutrition is the foundation of any good fitness program, and the gateway to good health. Your Echelon coaches are dedicated to helping design a nutrition program for our members.
